MDM9X15 MINI PCI-E MODULE is a wireless module which is designed for the global market. Itis a consumptive product; it can be designed in many kinds of applications which can work on FDD LTE/TD-LTE/TD-SCDMA/ EDGE/GPRS/GSM network.

MDM9X15 MINI PCI-E MODULE support the Bands as the following: TD-LTE:  Band38(2570-2620MHZ)/ Band39(1880-1920MHZ)/ Band40(2300-2400MHZ);FDD LTE: Band7(2500-2570MHZ at UL,2620-2690MHZ at DL);TD-SCDMA: Band34(2010-2025MHZ)/Band39(1880-1920MHZ)GSM: 900/1800MHZ

On TD-LTE network in the world, MDM9X15 MINI PCI-E MODULE enables connection to theInternet at DL data speed up to 68Mbps and UL data speed up to 20Mbps. In areas where TD-LTE service is not available, MDM9X15 MINI PCI-E MODULE still enables reliable and secure data connections over FDD LTE at speed up to 100MbpsDL and 50Mbps UL, or TD-SCDMA at speed up to 2.8Mbps DL and 384KbpsUL, or selectable EDGE at speed up to 237Kbps and GPRS at speed up to85.6Kbps.

MDM9X15 MINI PCI-E MODULE provides SMS, MMS, Phonebook functions as well as high speed access. And also reserves a group of PCM interface for Audio function. It can be designed in many kinds of applications. Such as Data card, Video monitor,Tablet, Electric-book, MID, Vehicle equipment, etc.

MDM9X15 MINI PCI-E MODULE integrates the RF and Baseband onto one small PCB. It canfulfill all the functions of RF signal receiving and transmitting, Basebandsignal processing so that the customers can realize all kinds of their own wireless products with very few peripheral components.

Designed on a Dual-side PCB, MDM9X15 MINI PCI-E MODULE has a tiny dimension of51.0mm×30.0mm×4.6mm, with a PCI express mini card connector, whichprovides all hardware interfaces between the module and customers’ boards. The main hardware interfaces of MDM9X15 MINI PCI-E MODULE consist of power supplyinterfaces, USB interface, UART interfaces, USIM/SIM interface, PCM interface,IIC interface, VRTC interface and GPIO. Consider connecting antenna, MDM9X15 MINI PCI-E MODULE provides 3 plug-in RF connectors.

MDM9X15 MINI PCI-E MODULE is integrated with the TCP/IP protocol, it not only supportsstandard AT (Complied with Hayes 3GPP TS 27.007 and 27.005), but alsosupports extended AT commands, which are very suited for developing all kinds of the customized applications.
